When will my order be shipped?

Items are shipped within seven days of when the order is placed. Custom items and pre-order items can take anywhere between 4-8 weeks to be shipped.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I live locally?

No, I offer a free pick up option for people living in the lower mainland. Majority of pickups will be in Vancouver, BC. However I am open to discussing a convenient location and time for pick ups.

Will I pay more for shipping when making separate orders??

No, if you order items separately they will all ship together and you will be refunded the shipping cost difference for sending a larger package.

Are the items dishwasher and microwave safe??

Yes, all pieces unless stated otherwise are safe to use in the microwave or to put in the dishwasher. Most pieces are dipped in glaze which is a glass coating over the fired clay.

Can I order custom work?

Yes, I offer custom work. Please reach out via the contact form if you are interested in commissioning a piece and I look forward to helping create a custom piece just for you.

Will painted on designs fade or rub off over time?

No, I use underglazes which are pigments derived from oxides which are then fired onto the pieces with a layer of clear glaze protecting them. The finished product has a glass coating that protects the piece and prevents the painted on designs from rubbing or fading off.
